Role Overview
At ETM Group, our Marketing Managers play an important role in bringing our venues, brands and guest experiences to life. Working across ETM Sport London, you’ll be responsible for delivering engaging marketing activity that drives awareness, bookings, footfall and commercial performance across our portfolio of high-energy sports venues.
From major sporting occasions and match days to seasonal campaigns and events, you’ll work closely with our venue and wider People, Operations and Commercial teams to create memorable experiences for our guests and keep Sport London at the forefront of the capital’s hospitality and sports scene.
This is a hands-on role for a creative and commercially minded marketer who is passionate about sport, understands the power of great communication and enjoys working in a fast-paced, event-led environment.
The Ideal Candidate
- Marketing Experience: Proven experience delivering successful marketing campaigns, ideally within hospitality, leisure, sport, entertainment or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Passion for Sport: A genuine interest in sport and enthusiasm for working around live sporting events and match-day occasions.
- Social Media Awareness: Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and how to create engaging content for different audiences.
- CRM Experience: Experience managing CRM databases and using customer data to deliver targeted and effective communications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build strong relationships across teams and external partners.
- Commercial Mindset: An understanding of how marketing activity can support bookings, footfall, guest engagement and revenue.
- Creative & Organised: A creative approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Hospitality Experience: Previous hospitality experience is desirable.
