From major sporting occasions and match days to seasonal campaigns and events, you’ll work closely with our venue and wider People, Operations and Commercial teams to create memorable experiences for our guests and keep Sport London at the forefront of the capital’s hospitality and sports scene.

This is a hands-on role for a creative and commercially minded marketer who is passionate about sport, understands the power of great communication and enjoys working in a fast-paced, event-led environment.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Marketing Experience: Proven experience delivering successful marketing campaigns, ideally within hospitality, leisure, sport, entertainment or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for Sport: A genuine interest in sport and enthusiasm for working around live sporting events and match-day occasions.
  • Social Media Awareness: Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and how to create engaging content for different audiences.
  • CRM Experience: Experience managing CRM databases and using customer data to deliver targeted and effective communications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build strong relationships across teams and external partners.
  • Commercial Mindset: An understanding of how marketing activity can support bookings, footfall, guest engagement and revenue.
  • Creative & Organised: A creative approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hospitality Experience: Previous hospitality experience is desirable.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
