Your Role
Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Marketing Manager of Strategic Partnerships to join our Global Sales Team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader internal sales and marketing teams and external UK and Europe tour operator partners where you will be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. You will be part of a team that is passionate about our purpose, committed to nurturing curiosity and new skills, and building connections across the organization with colleagues, customers, and guests.
Location: This position is based in either Germany or the UK. The successful candidate must have the legal right to work in the European Union or in the UK.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee cooperative marketing plans with industry tour operator partners in UK and Europe to generate awareness for Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection (HIC).
- Preparation and review of advertisement artwork and collecting final proofs.
- Assisting in the audit of partners’ websites to ensure proper branding, and participating in special projects that ensure the delivery of compelling marketing plans to elevate and drive presence, engagement, and bookings for Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection.
- Negotiate and execute marketing plans with UK and Europe tour operator partners including ad placements across brochures, websites, emails, social media, out-of-home placements, and more.
- Support hotel openings, renovations, and key commercial initiatives through tour operator partner marketing plans and campaigns.
- Track and manage budgets and invoices, and report on return on investment.
- Support the creation of compelling advertisements through cross-departmental collaboration, including with sales, marketing, brand teams, and graphic designers to align on messaging and priorities, and deliver to partners by deadline.
- Develop executive level presentations that outline the return on their investment of tour operator marketing.
- Attend industry conferences and tradeshows nationally and/or internationally.

Qualifications
Your Qualifications & Experience
Experience Required:
- Strong marketing experience, ideally with a focus on partnership marketing in the travel, hospitality, or tourism sectors.
- Experience in managing and tracking budgets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, proof-reading, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to accomplish projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer service ethic with high expectations for quality.
- Collaborative within a team environment.
- Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- English required. Spanish and/or German a plus.
Experience Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, communications, business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the travel industry and its ecosystem.
- Experience working with UK and Europe tour operators and established contacts.
- Proven relationship management and collaboration skills are essential.
