I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You'll lead recruitment marketing for RADA's undergraduate and postgraduate programmes across digital, social, email, content, events, and paid media, working alongside admissions, academic staff, alumni, and students.
You'll bring:
- Proven integrated campaigns across multiple channels
- Real understanding of how to engage Gen Z audiences, in the UK and internationally
- The instinct to use data to improve campaigns, not just report on them
- Strong writing and authentic storytelling
You might be working in a university or conservatoire, an arts or cultural organisation, a museum, a creative education business, or somewhere purpose-led. What matters more is that you've engaged young audiences and changed behaviour.

Fair warning: RADA is a busy place. Priorities shift, deadlines move, and you'll juggle campaigns, events, and stakeholders at once. If you like bringing order to complexity, you'll thrive.
Few organisations have a reputation like RADA's. This is a chance to shape who discovers - and ultimately studies at - one of the world's leading drama schools.
