Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive growth across our Minimally Invasive Surgical portfolio, including staplers, energy devices, sutures, and laparoscopic solutions in the UK.
This role requires close engagement with surgeons and exposure to operating theatre environments, combining commercial execution with clinical insight.

Key Responsibilities
Product & Portfolio Marketing
- Lead marketing strategy and execution across Staplers, Energy Devices, Sutures, Laparoscopic Systems, and related solutions.
- Drive product positioning, competitive differentiation, and market development initiatives.
- Partner closely with Sales teams to drive product adoption, utilization, and procedure growth.
- Lead product launches, training activities, and key account marketing initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities to support portfolio and market expansion.
KOL Relationship Management

- Identify, engage, and develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across specialized surgical fields, building a sustainable KOL network.
- Cultivate Clinical Advocates to support platform adoption through peer-reviewed research, webinars, and industry conference participation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device marketing, product management, or a related commercial role.
- Experience in surgical devices or hospital-based medical devices.
- Experience engaging with surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
