We're working exclusively with a growing UK business operating across multiple specialist sectors to appoint an experienced Marketing Manager.
This is a broad, strategic, and hands-on position where you'll take ownership of marketing activity across several business units, helping to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and commercial growth. The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape the marketing direction of a well-established organisation.
The Role
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering group-wide marketing activity while supporting individual divisions with their own marketing plans and campaigns. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure marketing activity delivers measurable results.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing brand positioning and consistency across the group
- Creating and overseeing thought leadership and content programmes
- Supporting divisions with local marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Managing marketing communications across multiple channels
- Working with agencies to support lead generation and customer acquisition
- Coordinating attendance at industry events and exhibitions
- Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on ROI

About You
You'll ideally have:
- Considerable marketing experience within a B2B environment
- A track record of developing and delivering successful marketing strategies
- Experience in brand management and thought leadership
- Strong content creation and communication skills
- Experience working with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills
Location
This is a full-time position with a hybrid and flexible working approach. My client has several offices across the Midlands and South-West and this role can be based in any office. The role will require geographic mobility.
