Marketing Manager | Live Entertainment | London | Permanent
Are you a creative and organised marketing professional ready to step up to a Marketing Manager role in which you will take ownership of the creation and scheduling of content across email, social media and community channels? If you’re looking for a hands-on role in a fast-moving entertainment environment, where you can easily see the commercial impact of your campaigns, this could be the role for you!

Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and website channels, managing content schedules, website updates, and email activity in line with agreed brand and campaign direction.
- Monitor ticket sales, conversion, campaign ROI, and audience engagement, using real-time data to adjust activity and support pricing, availability, and yield objectives.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with digital, PR, and marketing agencies, coordinating briefs, timelines, and deliverables with external partners and internal creative teams.
- Engage proactively with the audience community, identifying opportunities for timely and reactive content, while ensuring communications remain relevant and engaging.
- Maintain campaign plans, calendars, and documentation, manage day-to-day marketing spend and budget administration, and work across marketing, ticketing, creative, and operations to keep delivery aligned.

Experience and Skills:
The role will suit a proactive, commercially minded marketer who has a proven track record of delivering campaigns and is ready to take greater ownership of performance. You’ll be organised, comfortable working at pace, and able to combine strong creative judgement with an understanding of the numbers behind successful marketing.
- Experience in a marketing role, ideally within entertainment or another commercially focused creative business, with hands-on experience delivering digital, email, and social campaigns.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing contributes to ticket sales, revenue, and conversion, with the confidence to use campaign data to inform decisions.
- Excellent organisation and written communication skills, including copywriting for email, social, and campaign activity, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive and accountable approach, with the confidence to work across teams, manage external partners, and respond to changing priorities and trading conditions.
- Familiarity with CRM/email platforms, paid digital media, basic design or video-editing tools, or experience improving marketing systems and processes would be advantageous.
The Opportunity:
This would be a great next step for someone self-motivated and ready to take on more responsibility in a marketing manager role. You will work across the full marketing mix, from campaigns and content to community, agencies, and commercial performance, while joining a creative entertainment business at an important point in its growth.

What’s on Offer:
- Salary: £35-40k depending on experience
- Working pattern: Hybrid pattern, 2-3 days in London office
- Reports to: Head of Marketing
