Marketing Manager Opportunity at Enea
Are you a hands-on B2B marketer who enjoys turning plans into practical, well-executed campaigns? We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join Enea's Global Marketing team in Dublin, reporting to the VP of Marketing. This role suits someone already operating as a Marketing Manager, or ready to step into that level, with strong campaign delivery, sound judgement, and the ability to work across marketing, sales, product, and external partners.
Role and Key Responsibilities
As Marketing Manager, you will support marketing communications and field marketing activity across selected domains, customer segments, and priority accounts. You will help build awareness, engagement, preference, and customer advocacy through clear messaging, strong campaign execution, and effective collaboration with commercial and product teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute customer and market-oriented campaigns across priority segments and accounts.
- Create, coordinate, and activate marketing assets, including opinion papers, ebooks, presentations, web content, social posts, campaign materials, advertising, and award entries.
- Manage campaign delivery across events, trade shows, roadshows, webinars, sales enablement activity, and digital campaigns.
- Support sales teams with account-specific messaging, field marketing activity, customer engagement plans, and campaign follow-up.
- Use market, customer, and competitor insight to support campaign planning, messaging, and content development.
- Plan, manage, and report on campaign budgets, suppliers, timelines, outputs, and results.
- Work with agencies, vendors, internal stakeholders, and regional teams to brief work clearly, manage delivery, and review performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
