Marketing Manager
Salary: Competitive salary depending on experience
Location: Hybrid Home & Salford/OSR
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help grow customer participation and engagement across our brands.
Working closely with our Operations teams, you'll identify opportunities to increase customer spend, improve performance and ensure our brands are delivered consistently across all sites. You'll use customer insights and sales data to develop and test new ideas, sharing what works across the business to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and deliver initiatives that increase customer participation and sales.
- Use customer and sales data to spot trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and manage promotions, offers and customer engagement activities.
- Test new ideas and measure results to understand what works best.
- Share successful initiatives and best practice across sites.
- Develop and maintain brand standards, training materials and operational guidance.
- Carry out brand audits and work with teams to improve standards and execution.
- Build strong relationships with operational teams to support performance and customer experience.
- Create case studies and performance reports to support business growth and client conversations.

About You
- Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Experience working in hospitality, retail, foodservice, leisure or another multi-site environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Confident using data and insights to make recommendations and drive performance.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns, promotions or customer engagement initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Experience developing training materials or supporting operational standards would be beneficial.
