About Us

two worlds is a personalised entertainment start-up. We make books and games, some that are our own creative ideas, some are made in partnership with sports IP owners in football, racing, cricket (with more to come). We've sold our products to tens of thousands of customers in the US, UK and EU and are looking for the ambitious and slightly delulu marketer who will add a 0 to this number before the next solar eclipse.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You (In No Particular Order)

  • Bored at the current job, hate the boss, or the committee that kills all the good ideas
  • When Mark called it meta, you were already doing performance marketing
  • You can do so much more than performance marketing
  • Exceptional taste with an impeccable track record of curating and "borrowing" the best ideas from other brands
  • Great at picking fight or flight
  • 60-40 speed vs craft
  • 70-30 done vs perfect
  • Your favourite number is 24
  • Curious. Curiosity killed the cat but did wonders to the CAC
  • Good at saying "Aye Aye Captain" in the mirror, because you'll be running the ship
