Marketing Manager - NICORETTE Digital & Innovation, Northern Europe

About the Role
An international consumer health company is seeking a Marketing Manager – NICORETTE Digital & Innovation, Northern Europe to lead the growth of the NICORETTE brand across the UK.
This role combines brand leadership, digital and eCommerce strategy, innovation, commercial planning and people management, with responsibility for shaping the UK strategy while influencing wider Northern European and global initiatives.
The successful candidate will work closely with global and local cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, strengthen digital experiences and drive commercial performance across eCommerce and retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Commercial Leadership
- Lead growth of the NICORETTE brand across the UK.
- Own delivery of the annual P&L and shared commercial targets.
- Shape the UK three-year operating plan, including input into innovation, digital and eCommerce strategy.
- Identify and size commercial, innovation and white-space opportunities.
- Support local portfolio strategy and identify opportunities to unlock category growth.
- Use data and analytics to assess opportunities and inform commercial decisions.
Digital & eCommerce Strategy
- Lead and execute the local digital strategy across websites, apps and behavioural science solutions.
- Partner with the global team to influence digital strategy, toolkits, innovation and communication assets.
- Own the UK eCommerce channel strategy, covering media, portfolio, content and customer partnerships.
- Drive digital shelf excellence and data-driven marketing.
- Identify opportunities across eCommerce and emerging retail channels.

Innovation & Market Development
- Lead local innovation business cases and consolidate opportunities to provide a Northern European perspective.
- Identify local white-space opportunities and develop plans to capture growth.
- Partner with commercial teams to support portfolio and category strategies.
- Contribute to sustainability and broader strategic initiatives.
Cross-Functional & Customer Leadership
- Work closely with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Finance teams.
- Drive integrated business planning, media strategy, revenue growth management and joint business planning with customers.
- Build differentiated plans to address market challenges and unlock category growth.
- Partner with eCommerce and retail customers to develop commercial opportunities.
People Leadership
- Lead, coach and develop a direct team of three.
- Create a high-performing, engaged team focused on business impact.
- Provide clear direction, accountability and development opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
- Strong brand management experience within an FMCG / consumer goods environment.
- Experience operating at Marketing Manager level, or equivalent seniority.
- Proven eCommerce and retail media experience.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience with P&L development and management.
- Experience developing and executing content, communication and media strategies.
- Strong understanding of customer and retailer requirements.
- Previous people management experience, including coaching and developing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and levels.
