About Us

Reelables is a pioneer in the smart label industry, dedicated to transforming how products and items are tracked worldwide. We are rapidly expanding our business by advancing hardware manufacturing, enhancing software features, and growing our diverse customer base. Join us as we innovate and scale in this dynamic market.

About The Role

Reelables is seeking a creative, commercially minded, and hands-on Marketing Manager to help build and execute our global marketing strategy. This is a broad marketing role for someone who enjoys taking projects from concept through execution. The Marketing Manager will work across brand and messaging, content, graphic design, product marketing, digital campaigns, events, sales enablement, partner marketing, and external agency management. You will work closely with our commercial, product, and leadership teams to translate complex technology into clear, compelling stories and visually engaging materials that resonate with customers and partners.

The ideal candidate combines strong communication and marketing skills with solid graphic design capabilities. You should be comfortable developing the message, creating the content, and producing polished day-to-day creative assets internally, while also effectively directing external creative resources for larger or more specialized initiatives.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants meaningful ownership of the marketing function within a growing technology company and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
