Marketing Manager

About The Company
Our client is a fast-growing enterprise AI company helping regulated organisations design, deploy, and govern AI-enabled operations. Their AI systems read inbound requests, interpret documents, gather evidence across systems, apply policies, request approvals, and write outcomes back into core operational tools — all with full traceability. They work with customers across financial services, manufacturing, utilities, government, and other process-intensive industries, with live production customers and strong market pull.
The Role
We're hiring a Marketing Manager to help make this company — and the category it's building — understandable, relevant, and visible to enterprise buyers.
This is a hands-on role spanning social media, video, content, events, and campaign execution. You'll manage company and founder social channels, create and appear in short-form videos, organise events, and work with Sales and Marketing to take campaigns from initial idea through publication and follow-up.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
