Marketing Manager – UK & Ireland
A growing aesthetic/healthcare business is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead local marketing activity across the UK & Ireland, driving brand visibility, customer engagement and qualified sales opportunities.
The Opportunity
- Own and deliver the UK/I marketing strategy across campaigns, content, digital, events and communications.
- Develop lead-generation programmes that support commercial growth and sales performance.
- Manage social media, websites, marketing materials and localised campaigns.
- Plan and deliver conferences, workshops, clinical events and industry activities.
- Build relationships with customers, KOLs, media and industry partners to strengthen brand awareness.
- Track market and competitor activity and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Manage marketing budgets, suppliers, assets and campaign performance.
- Work closely with sales, practice development and wider European marketing teams.

About You
- 5+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within medical devices, healthcare, aesthetics or a related industry.
- Strong track record in B2B lead generation and campaign execution.
- Commercially minded with excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative, analytical and comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on delivery.
- Confident managing events, digital channels, content and external partners.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, WordPress, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Based in the UK; London preferred.
- Willing to travel across the UK/I and occasionally internationally.
- Fluent English.
