Interim Marketing Manager
As an Interim Marketing Manager, you will provide strategic leadership across marketing, communications, and brand activity during a key period for the organisation. You will lead the marketing function, support the team, and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver key priorities and organisational objectives.

Our client is a high-profile organisation operating within the professional sport and live entertainment sector, with an established brand and a highly engaged supporter community. They are seeking an Interim Marketing Manager to deliver focused campaigns.
Description
- Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned to organisational objectives.
- Provide strategic leadership across marketing, brand, communications, and digital activity.
- Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance reputation and visibility.
- Manage and develop the organisation's brand, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Lead, motivate, and support a multidisciplinary marketing and communications team.
- Use insight, data, and performance metrics to evaluate campaigns and inform future activity.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to align marketing priorities with wider business goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and ways of working across the marketing function.

Profile
A successful Marketing Manager should have:
- Experienced interim marketing leader with a track record of operating at a senior level.
- Strong strategic marketing and communications expertise within a complex organisation.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
- Experience delivering impactful marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Skilled at influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Commercially minded, data-driven, and able to demonstrate measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, providing immediate leadership and stability.

Job Offer
- Daily rate equivalent of £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Temporary contract offering flexibility.
