Iโm currently working on an exciting Marketing Manager opportunity with a global organisation operating at the forefront of medical aesthetics and energy-based medical technology.
This is a high-visibility role with genuine ownership of the UK & Ireland marketing strategy, partnering closely with Sales, Practice Development and the wider EMEA marketing function to accelerate commercial growth.
The opportunity:
- Own and execute the UK/I marketing strategy and communications plan
- Drive lead generation, demand generation and campaign performance
- Develop and manage digital, social and content initiatives
- Lead industry conferences, clinical meetings, workshops and events
- Build relationships with KOLs, clinicians and industry media
- Support product launches and strengthen brand positioning
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity
- Manage the UK/I marketing budget and measure ROI
- Collaborate with international teams across EMEA

We're looking for someone who has:
- At least 5 years' marketing experience
- Ideally a background in medical devices, aesthetics, dermatology, healthcare or another clinically led environment
- Strong commercial and lead-generation experience
- Experience managing events, campaigns and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A creative, entrepreneurial approach with strong attention to detail
- The ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-moving environment
