Marketing Manager

Ellenvale Interiors | Chesterfield
Full-time, permanent | Office-based
Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm

Ellenvale Interiors is a growing British interiors brand specialising in soft furnishings for the home. Founded in 2021, we have grown rapidly from a small independent business into an established ecommerce brand, with a loyal customer base and partnerships with some of the UK's leading retailers.

We're now looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join Ellenvale and take ownership of our marketing function as we enter our next stage of growth.

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who already has strong ecommerce marketing experience and is ready to bring their knowledge, ideas and expertise into the business.

We're not looking for someone to simply execute an existing marketing plan. We want someone who can create the plan, bring ideas to the table and see them through.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Founder, you will be responsible for developing and delivering Ellenvale's marketing strategy across:

  • Annual marketing strategy and campaign planning
  • Email marketing, CRM and SMS through Klaviyo
  • SEO strategy, including technical and on-page SEO
  • Paid advertising across Meta and Google
  • Customer acquisition and retention
  • Marketing graphics, creative and campaign assets
  • Brand partnerships, PR, affiliates and new marketing opportunities
  • Trade and international marketing opportunities
  • Marketing budgets, forecasting and performance reporting
  • GA4 and analysis of key ecommerce and marketing metrics

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience within interiors, homeware, fashion, beauty or another visually led consumer brand would be advantageous, but isn't essential.

Who We're Looking For

This role would suit someone who wants real ownership and influence within a growing brand.

You'll be confident developing your own ideas, presenting strategies directly to the Founder and challenging existing thinking when your experience or the data suggests there is a better approach.

We're looking for someone who can bring experience into Ellenvale, strengthen what we're already doing and identify opportunities we're currently missing.

As the business continues to grow, there is also the opportunity to play an important role in shaping the future of Ellenvale's marketing function.
