Minka Dink London
ABOUT MINKA DINK LONDON
Minka Dink London is a fast-growing female fashion brand creating versatile, timeless pieces designed to be worn and loved season after season. We are at an exciting stage of growth, with our team expanding, our collections growing and our community continuing to reach new audiences. As the brand enters its next chapter, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to own our marketing function end to end and help shape how Minka Dink grows.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand at a pivotal stage, with real ownership over strategy and budget, and the chance to shape how Minka Dink is seen, experienced, and grown across every channel.
THE ROLE
The Marketing Manager will take full ownership of Minka Dink's marketing strategy and output day to day, across social, content, email, and paid. You will build and run the marketing calendar, oversee content and photoshoots, own our email marketing programme, assist on managing budgets and strategy for paid media alongside our agency, and keep a constant eye on what is actually working so we can do more of it.
Our marketing needs are constantly evolving, from seasonal campaigns and collaborations to pop-ups and new product drops. We are looking for someone ambitious who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment, brings a constant stream of fresh ideas while being commercially minded about what drives results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Own the marketing calendar end to end across social, content, email, and paid, planning themes, formats, and cadence around seasonal launches, product drops, and campaign moments
- Translate campaign concepts (collaborations, seasonal collections, sale periods) into a joined-up marketing plan across every channel
- Set and manage the marketing budget, allocating spend across channels based on performance and priorities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Oversee the social content calendar across all channels, working with the Content Creator and Social Media & Content Assistant to keep it on track
- Translate campaign concepts into concrete content plans and shot lists
- Keep a rolling view of what's performing and adjust the plan accordingly
Photoshoot Planning & Production
- Plan and oversee photoshoots (big and small), supported by the Social Media & Content Assistant and the Marketing & Content Assistant
- Coordinate content tracking and delivery across multiple creators contributing to the same campaign or moment

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
