  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
  • 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong agency experience with multi-channel campaigns

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools (GA4, Data Studio, HubSpot)
  • Experience with brand strategy and campaign performance tracking

Soft Skills

  • Excellent leadership and people management abilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop integrated marketing strategies tailored to client goals and market conditions
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
  • Create annual and quarterly marketing calendars for clients and internal initiatives

Campaign Oversight

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution across digital, social, traditional media, and events
  • Ensure campaigns achieve KPIs such as awareness, engagement, lead generation, and sales
  • Align creative, media buying, and content production teams to deliver cohesive campaigns

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Present strategies, reports, and campaign outcomes in a clear, compelling manner
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Supervise account managers, performance marketers, and creatives on assigned projects
  • Provide mentorship, feedback, and guidance to ensure high-quality output
  • Facilitate collaboration across all departments for integrated campaign delivery
  • Conduct the performance appraisal for the team and identifying areas of development.

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation
  • Track campaign ROI and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
  • Recommend improvements based on performance insights and market trends
