A leading property consultancy is seeking a commercially minded Marketing Manager to help drive brand awareness, client engagement, and business growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional looking to take the next step in their career. The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through to evaluation.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and support business growth objectives.
- Create and coordinate content, thought leadership, and client-focused communications.
- Manage digital marketing activity across website, email, social, and other online channels.
- Support lead generation and client engagement initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and use insights to optimise future activity.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining high-quality delivery.
About You
To be considered, you'll demonstrate:

- B2B marketing experience, ideally within professional services, property, consultancy, or a similar environment.
- Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong digital marketing and content marketing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A commercial mindset, with an interest in lead generation and business development.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
