Marketing Manager
Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE
Location / Working Model: London | Hybrid – 3 days in the office
Our client is looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to take ownership of a broad marketing remit across multiple channels. This is a hands-on role covering social media, influencer activity, content, CRM, copywriting and wider marketing campaigns. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how the brand engages with its audience, strengthen customer relationships and support continued growth.
Role Highlights
- Own the social media strategy, content calendar and day-to-day channel activity.
- Develop influencer and creator partnerships that build awareness and engagement.
- Lead CRM activity across email, customer journeys, segmentation and retention campaigns.
- Create and oversee compelling copy and content across digital and brand touchpoints.
- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns, using performance data to optimise results.

You Will Need
- Proven marketing experience within a consumer, lifestyle or similarly customer-led brand.
- Strong understanding of social media, content marketing, influencer marketing and CRM.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across different audiences and channels.
- Commercial awareness and confidence using data, insights and reporting to improve marketing performance.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and external partners.
