The Change Partners are working with a fast-growing global consumer tech brand who are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their EMEA & ANZ marketing organisation.
We’re seeking an experienced marketer with strong knowledge of the UK market who can bring regional marketing strategy to life locally, building relationships across retailers, content creators, agencies and media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of local marketing activity across the UK, working within the wider regional brand, budget and measurement framework.
- Build and manage relationships with key retailers, distributors and community partners, identifying local opportunities and promotions.
- Manage external marketing agencies across brand, PR, reviews and experiential/events, ensuring activity is delivered against clear briefs and KPIs.
- Own local social content, coordinating publishing calendars and creator briefs with the regional marketing team.
- Manage local events and experiential activations, including retail activations and brand ambassador activity.
- Monitor competitor marketing activity and market trends, feeding local insights and opportunities back into the regional team.
- Track and report marketing performance and market intelligence, using insights to improve future campaigns and market launches.

What we’re looking for:
- Established marketing experience within the UK, ideally within a consumer-facing brand environment.
- Existing relationships across retailers, content creators, PR and media would be highly beneficial.
- Experience managing external agencies across PR, reviews, experiential or events.
- Strong retail marketing experience, including in-store activations, events and joint planning with retail accounts.
- Strong understanding of how to localise global or regional campaigns for the UK market.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the confidence to represent the brand directly with retailers, creators and press.
