Marketing & Brand Manager — MedTech | Salisbury, Wiltshire

Up to £35,000 + performance bonus | Full-time, on-site

Our client is a growing UK medical technology company developing innovative devices that help improve patients' quality of life. Backed by decades of clinical heritage, they're now entering an exciting growth phase and investing seriously in their brand, digital presence, and marketing capability.

Our client is looking for an ambitious, hands-on Marketing & Brand Manager to help transform how the business shows up - online, on social, and across every customer touchpoint.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading a refresh of the website, brand identity, and digital presence
  • Planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Owning social media strategy and content (LinkedIn, and beyond)
  • Creating content that tells the brand's story - case studies, product literature, video, campaigns
  • Driving SEO, email marketing, CRM, and lead generation
  • Representing the business at exhibitions and industry events (UK and international)
  • Reporting on performance and turning data into action

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in MedTech, healthcare, medical devices, digital health, or a similarly regulated/technical sector
  • A strong track record in digital marketing, brand development, and website management
  • Comfortable with CRM (HubSpot or similar), CMS platforms (WordPress), and design tools (Canva/Adobe)
  • Someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and isn't afraid to challenge how things have always been done
  • A confident communicator who can work closely with senior leadership
  • Right to live and work in the UK
