Marketing Manager

Full-time | Permanent

Location: Hybrid working requiring two days per week in Central London

Salary: Up to £60,000 plus benefits including 25 days annual leave increasing with service, annual leave buy / sell up to 5 days, enhanced pension and more.

My client is looking for an ambitious, hands-on Marketing Manager to join the business and play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline.

This is an excellent opportunity for a marketer who enjoys taking ownership, getting things done, and seeing the direct impact of their work. You’ll be joining a specialist B2B environment where marketing is closely connected to commercial growth, working alongside sales and client-facing teams to deliver measurable results.

Key Experience

  • Relevant industry experience is essential. The successful candidate will have built their marketing career within a closely related industry such as data services, technology, software, platforms, AI, or another technical B2B environment. This experience will be important in enabling you to understand the business proposition, audience, and competitive landscape quickly.
  • My client is also looking for someone who can demonstrate commitment and progression in their previous roles. They want to see evidence that you have taken ownership, developed your skills, and made a meaningful contribution, rather than simply moved between roles. Ideally, you’ll have 5+ years’ hands-on B2B marketing experience, preferably client-side rather than agency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
