Marketing Manager for Website – Intermediary and Landlord Brands
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Group Customer and Communications community as Marketing Manager for Website. You’ll work across Nationwide and The Mortgage Works, both within the Intermediary and Landlord Brands and Marketing team—a group of 18 colleagues responsible for defining, creating, and delivering integrated marketing activity.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- The planning, development, and ongoing evolution of our intermediary websites: Nationwide for Intermediaries and The Mortgage Works
- Ensuring these websites continue to meet audience needs and support wider business priorities
- Actively contributing to valuable, expert-led engagement across paid, owned, and earned touchpoints with intermediary and landlord audiences
- Positioning the website as a key channel in defining how our brands are experienced

Within the Intermediary and Landlord Website Team, your work will help shape a seamless customer experience while delivering measurable impact through marketing-driven website improvements.
Location & Hybrid Working Expectations
You will spend at least two days per week (or 40% if working part time) based at Nationwide’s London, Bournemouth, or Swindon office.
