Role Description
The Marketing Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. This role plans and executes marketing campaigns that promote Tiddlywinks Nursery Group’s services and strengthen brand awareness across digital and traditional channels. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing strategies, managing social media and website content, coordinating promotional materials and events, and analysing campaign performance to inform future activity. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with nursery managers and leadership to ensure messaging is consistent, compliant, and aligned with the group’s values, and will oversee relationships with external agencies or suppliers as needed. The role also involves monitoring market trends and competitor activity, managing marketing budgets, and reporting on key metrics to support decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning, preferably within education or childcare services.
- Experience with digital marketing, including social media management, website content updates, email marketing, and basic analytics tools.
- Ability to create clear, engaging written content and marketing materials tailored to families and local communities.
- Competence in data analysis and reporting, including tracking performance metrics, customer insights, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple sites and teams.
- Sound organisational and project management abilities, including prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing budgets.
- Experience in the UK nursery or broader education sector is an advantage, as is familiarity with local regulations and community engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Comfort with hybrid working arrangements, using digital collaboration tools, and working independently with minimal supervision.
