About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially-minded Marketing Manager to lead the planning and delivery of marketing activity that drives brand awareness, customer growth, and revenue. You’ll own campaign strategy and execution across digital and offline channels, manage key partners and suppliers, and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure our marketing supports business priorities.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creative thinking with data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own all aspects of the marketing strategy and lead on its implementation, including content for the website, socials, and print.
  • Work closely with US marketing teams, representing the UK and EU side of the business.
  • Track and analyze metrics to measure impact of initiatives and refine plans accordingly.
  • Support events in showrooms with both promoting and organizing to deliver exceptional client and stakeholder experiences.
  • Develop and implement activities to enhance Visual Comfort’s brand visibility and reputation.
  • Collaborate with the management team, sales team, and wider Visual Comfort team to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy.
  • Work with the Ecommerce team to maintain and update the website, ensuring it aligns with brand standards and user needs.
  • Leverage CRM and automation tools for audience segmentation and personalized communications.
  • Proofread and check content for accuracy and ensure deadlines are met according to the campaign calendar.
  • Lead and develop two direct reports (Marketing Assistant & Gallery Merchandising Assistant), setting clear objectives and fostering professional growth.
  • Create localized campaigns that resonate with UK and EU markets while maintaining global brand consistency.
  • Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.
  • Create timeless, high-quality visual assets and engaging, on-brand written content for both digital and print platforms.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns, working with agencies to ensure measurable success.
  • Work closely with the PR agency to secure press coverage and cultivate valuable media relationships.
  • Explore opportunities to develop affiliate marketing programmes.
  • Work with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers, and agencies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and ahead of marketing trends to drive innovation and inform content strategies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
