MARKETING MANAGER | FINANCIAL SERVICES / FINTECH

London | Hybrid – 4 days office / Fridays WFH

Circa £60,000 base + discretionary bonus

I am delighted to be partnering with a highly successful, growing business within the Financial Services/Fintech space to recruit a talented and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join their new and evolving team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a hugely successful, collaborative, and supportive business, based in stunning, modern offices in London, offering a brilliant team culture! Working closely with the Head of Marketing and wider commercial teams, this is a broad, hands-on generalist role offering real variety, ownership, and the opportunity to make a genuine impact.

The Opportunity:

  • Plan, develop and deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns from concept through to execution.
  • Create engaging content across digital, social media, email campaigns, thought leadership, and marketing collateral.
  • Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams to support commercial growth and business development.
  • Support brand development, PR, events, and wider marketing initiatives.
  • Develop compelling presentations, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects, external agencies, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to enhance marketing activity.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Circa 5 years' B2B marketing experience, ideally gained within Financial Services, Fintech, Payments, or FX.
  • A strong marketing generalist with experience across campaigns, content, digital, brand, and communications.
  • Currently operating at senior Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager level – we are equally interested in ambitious individuals ready to take that next step!
  • Commercially minded, creative, proactive, and confident managing projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce and Marketing Cloud would be beneficial but not essential.
