Job Title: Distribution Channel Specialist
Hourly Rate: £42.79
Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days per week)
Duration: 12-Month Contract
We are seeking an experienced Distribution Channel Specialist to support retail partner management, marketing execution, reporting, and operational excellence across the UK and European markets. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, innovative technology environment, managing key retail relationships while driving channel performance and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of retail partner accounts across the UK and Europe, serving as a key point of contact for commercial and operational support.
- Coordinate partner onboarding, product updates, pricing information, and promotional communications.
- Execute retail marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, co-marketing initiatives, and in-store or online activations.
- Track and reconcile marketing and promotional budgets, ensuring accurate reporting and spend management.
- Develop performance reports and deliver insights on sales, marketing effectiveness, promotional activity, and ROI.
- Support business reviews, forecasting activities, promotional planning, and partner communications.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and standardise operational workflows.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure successful execution of channel initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and partner feedback to support business growth and strategic recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in channel sales, retail account management, distribution, trade marketing, sales operations, or a related field.
- Strong experience managing marketing campaigns, demand generation activities, and e-commerce initiatives.
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
- Strong programme/project management capabilities with exceptional organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Experience
- Experience managing retail partners across multiple European markets.
- Knowledge of co-op marketing budgets, purchase order processes, and invoicing workflows.
- Experience with reporting and visualisation tools.
- Additional European language skills are beneficial.
- Interest in consumer technology, wearable devices, or emerging technologies.
