Marketing Manager

Bristol | Hybrid Working – 1 Day from Home
£27,000 – £30,000 Basic Salary

The Opportunity

Want to take ownership of a company's entire marketing function?

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious new marketer to step into a role with a huge amount of autonomy and genuinely make it their own.

We're working with an established and growing B2B business within the industrial and engineering sector, and they're looking for someone to take ownership of their marketing activity across the business.

You'll be responsible for everything from managing the website and social media to exhibitions, branding and creating content out in the real world. That could mean spending one day planning social content and the next visiting a customer's site to get photos and videos of the company's products in action.

The business is open to someone without previous marketing experience. What's more important is that you're commercially aware, creative, organised and confident enough to take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.

You'll have the freedom to bring your own ideas, test new things and shape the marketing strategy as the business continues to grow.

The Company

Our client is an established B2B engineering business specialising in specialist equipment and solutions for material handling.

With decades of experience in the industry, they work with customers across sectors including construction, waste, recycling, manufacturing and logistics.

The business has built a strong reputation for providing practical, reliable solutions and prides itself on its technical expertise and customer service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
