Sola Kitchens is looking for an ambitious, creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to manage the marketing strategy for a design-led, luxury brand and play a key role in shaping how Sola Kitchens is seen, experienced and talked about.

Sola Kitchens specialises in the design and installation of beautiful, completely bespoke Scandinavian-style kitchens and joinery.
With three London showrooms in Wigmore Street, Fulham and Hampstead, we offer a truly bespoke service, combining the highest quality materials with exceptional craftsmanship and considered Scandinavian design.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who can help us strengthen our position as a leading super-prime and luxury bespoke kitchen and joinery brand.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering Sola Kitchens' overall marketing strategy, with the aim of increasing brand awareness, generating high-quality enquiries and establishing a consistent, distinctive and compelling presence across all channels.
This is a hands-on and varied role, combining strategic thinking with creative execution. You will have the opportunity to shape our content, campaigns, social media, website, PR, advertising, printed materials and events.
You will work closely with our design, sales and wider team to develop exciting ideas and create content that reflects our projects, our people and the Sola brand.
We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive and a true team player, with a strong understanding of luxury branding and a genuine interest in design, interiors, architecture and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement Sola Kitchens' overall marketing strategy in line with our business growth objectives.
- Identify key target audiences and develop marketing activity that effectively reaches, engages and converts them.
- Ensure consistency across all marketing channels, campaigns and communications.
- Monitor marketing performance and use insights to continually improve results.
Brand Awareness
- Strengthen and develop Sola's position as a premium, design-led and luxury bespoke kitchen and joinery brand.
- Identify new opportunities to increase Sola's visibility and position the brand at the forefront of the luxury kitchen and interiors market.
- Maintain a strong and cohesive visual identity and brand voice across all platforms.

Content Creation and Management
- Develop and manage an overarching content strategy across digital and print.
- Manage all social media channels, including content planning, creation, scheduling, posting and engagement.
- Create high-quality, engaging and relevant content for social media, newsletters, website, advertising, catalogues and other marketing channels.
- Organise and manage professional photo and video shoots, ensuring a varied, high-quality and consistently on-brand library of content.
- Oversee the website, ensuring content is current, visually engaging and optimised for lead generation.
- Manage the creation and production of printed marketing materials, including catalogues, brochures and promotional materials.
Lead Generation and Advertising
- Plan, deliver and monitor campaigns designed to generate high-quality enquiries and increase brand awareness.
- Manage digital and print advertising campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with the wider marketing strategy and brand positioning.
- Work to improve both the quality and conversion of marketing-generated leads.
PR and Partnerships
- Develop and manage relationships with relevant media, journalists, and PR contacts in order to identify opportunities to feature in relevant print and digital publications.
- Prepare content and information for press features, articles, interviews and brand coverage.
- Develop relationships with relevant suppliers, designers, influencers, bloggers and other partners to create high-quality collaborations and increase brand exposure.
Events
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, showroom activities and promotional initiatives.
- Develop creative ideas for events and activities that increase brand visibility and client engagement.
- Work with the wider team to ensure the showrooms and events consistently reflect the Sola brand and provide an exceptional client experience.

The Person
We are looking for someone who combines strategic marketing expertise with strong creative instincts. You will ideally have experience working within a premium or luxury brand, ideally within interiors, design, architecture, property, fashion, hospitality or a related sector.
You will be:
- Creative, curious and naturally ideas-driven.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of brand, marketing and lead generation.
- An excellent communicator and confident working with different teams and external partners.
- Highly visually aware, with a strong eye for detail and quality.
- Confident managing social media and digital marketing channels.
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects from initial idea through to delivery.
- Someone who follows cultural, design and social media trends and is constantly looking for new and better ways to engage an audience.
- Most importantly, you will be someone who wants to make a real impact. We are looking for a person who will bring fresh ideas, energy and creativity to Sola and help us build the next chapter of the brand.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, PR or a related discipline.
- 3–5+ years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within a premium or luxury brand.
- Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong experience in social media, digital marketing and content creation.
- Experience managing websites and digital platforms, with an understanding of SEO and analytics.
- Experience with PR, media relations and influencer/brand collaborations is highly desirable.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and measuring campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with relevant marketing and creative tools; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics and/or similar platforms would be an advantage.
