The Role
TYPEBEA is the leading hair growth brand globally, founded in 2024 and present in 29 countries. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to own day-to-day delivery across brand, marketing and communications, across DTC and retail.
This is a hands-on, mid-level role with real ownership: an optimise-and-deliver role, not a support one. The key strategy and annual plans are in place. You'll take them, optimise them and execute them to a high standard, with real autonomy from early on.
You'll run launches, campaigns and partners end to end, make the day-to-day calls, and keep the business moving across markets as part of a small, globally distributed team. It suits a commercially sharp, decisive, creative and highly organised marketer who is as comfortable presenting to a retailer or briefing an agency as getting into the detail of a launch plan, who operates like a brand builder and is happy to step outside their remit when the business needs it.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Product
- Work with internal teams, suppliers and manufacturers on new and existing product and packaging development, leading marketing input on concept, positioning, target consumer, competitors and claims.
- Translate clinical and scientific substantiation into accessible consumer messaging and brand storytelling.
- Execute and optimise the annual brand marketing plan against business objectives, adjusting activity as performance and priorities shift.
- Act as guardian of TYPEBEA's brand identity (tone of voice, visual world and brand codes), ensuring consistency across every consumer touchpoint and market.
- Brief the graphic designer on all brand, marketing and retail outputs, managing internal stakeholders and timelines.
- Project manage GWP planning and delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
