We’re hiring: Marketing Manager
Salary: £32,000–£35,000 per annum
Location: Daytona Head Office, Sandown Park, Esher
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Take ownership of marketing campaigns for Daytona Motorsport, a UK-leading motorsport group since 1990.
Our three venues welcome motorsport fans, families and leisure customers, with F1 drivers among our visitors. We’re an award-winning family entertainment and leisure business with around £5 million turnover, Motorsport UK accredited championships and a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on marketer who can turn ideas into campaigns, produce engaging content and use results to improve performance. Reporting to the Group Head of Sales & Marketing, you’ll help shape how customers discover and experience Daytona across our digital channels and venues.

- Own the marketing calendar, working with sales and venue teams to deliver campaigns on time.
- Create website and social content, manage influencer relationships and coordinate social media enquiries.
- Produce print materials, improve venue presentation and keep digital screens up to date.
- Deliver email campaigns through Mailchimp.
- Capture and edit photography and video at the Daytona 24 Hours, corporate events and endurance races.
- Track campaign spending, maintain marketing records and report on results to improve engagement, enquiries and bookings.
What you’ll bring
- Practical marketing experience, with examples of campaigns or content you’ve independently planned, delivered and improved.
- Strong writing skills, an understanding of social audiences and the ability to take content from brief to publication.
- Good organisation, attention to detail and confidence interpreting campaign results.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro or InDesign, alongside Canva, Meta Business Suite and Mailchimp.
- A 2:1 bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification and a full UK driving licence.

Experience with Google Ads, website content management or marketing within motorsport, sport, hospitality or leisure would be an advantage.
