About The Role
This role is a hands-on B2B technology marketing position focused on creating content, running LinkedIn and email campaigns, and supporting sales teams with marketing assets that drive business growth. It offers the opportunity to work closely with commercial stakeholders in a fast-growing digital transformation and AI-focused business while taking ownership of marketing execution from idea through to results. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and strategic content that resonates with target audiences, executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and supporting sales enablement initiatives. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the B2B technology landscape, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leveraging innovative marketing tools and techniques to achieve measurable results.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within SaaS, technology, or professional services sectors. A strong command of content creation across various formats, including blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, social media, and email, is essential. Experience with Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms is required, along with proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud for designing marketing assets. The candidate should be comfortable using AI tools to enhance content productivity while maintaining quality and brand consistency. Additionally, a good understanding of the B2B buying journey, lead generation, and sales enablement strategies is crucial. Strong stakeholder management skills, coupled with the ability to work independently and manage end-to-end campaign processes, are highly valued. Bonus qualifications include experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, information governance, or familiarity with enterprise IT audiences.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver compelling B2B content, including blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, and sales collateral that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Execute organic LinkedIn campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and employee advocacy programs to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Build and manage targeted email campaigns and nurture programs using marketing automation tools to support lead generation and client retention efforts.
- Create and format marketing assets utilizing Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud templates, ensuring visual consistency and brand integrity.
- Support the planning and execution of webinars, industry events, and partner marketing activities to expand reach and foster strategic alliances.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content development, optimize workflows, and maintain high standards of quality and brand messaging.
- Collaborate closely with sales and leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with pipeline and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with external SEO/PPC agencies to enhance campaign effectiveness and achieve broader digital marketing objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, engagement metrics, and lead generation data to inform continuous improvement strategies.
- Manage the content calendar and oversee the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
