MARKETING MANAGER

PROPTECH | SUSTAINABILITY 4 DAY WEEK! £50,000+

Would you like to shape the marketing function of an innovative PropTech business? Can you combine creative brand-building with structured, data-led marketing? Would you like to enjoy a genuine four-day working week without compromising your career?

A high-impact opportunity within an established PropTech and sustainability business helping leading property organisations use technology and data to improve the performance of their buildings.

You’ll take ownership of the company’s marketing activity, building on a strong brand while bringing greater structure, measurement and commercial focus to its campaigns, content and market engagement.

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who can help shape the strategy - but is equally happy making things happen.

THE ROLE?

  • Develop and deliver a focused, commercially aligned marketing plan
  • Take ownership of HubSpot, campaigns, segmentation and reporting
  • Create compelling customer case studies, content and thought leadership
  • Produce effective sales presentations, collateral and campaign materials
  • Grow the company’s reach and relevant engagement through social media
  • Identify valuable events, webinars, podcasts and partnership opportunities
  • Protect and develop the company’s brand, website and external communications
  • Bring structure and follow-through to ideas generated across the business

THE PROFILE?

  • Experience in a hands-on B2B Marketing Manager or similar role
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery
  • Strong campaign planning, content and project-management capability
  • Confident using HubSpot for campaigns, segmentation and reporting
  • Comfortable using data to evaluate performance and improve activity
  • Excellent writing, storytelling and presentation skills
  • Able to turn complex or technical subjects into clear, engaging content
  • Commercially aware and experienced working closely with sales teams
  • Proactive, organised and able to manage several competing priorities
  • Engaging, collaborative and confident working with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable representing a business externally

Experience in PropTech, B2B SaaS, sustainability, energy, commercial property or building technology would be highly desirable

  • Basic: Circa £50,000
  • Working week: Four days!!!
  • Working pattern: Hybrid – two days per week in the London office
