Marketing Specialist
An exciting Australian technology business is looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across the UK and European markets. Working closely with a global marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of local marketing activity while collaborating with colleagues across multiple regions. This is a highly autonomous role suited to someone who enjoys taking initiative, implementing ideas, and making a measurable impact within a growing organisation.
Your New Role
As Marketing Specialist, you will lead a broad range of marketing initiatives designed to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support commercial growth across the UK and Europe. You'll develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital channels, email marketing, content, social media, paid media, website optimisation, and events.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, email, and social channels.
- Creating engaging content including blogs, website copy, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Supporting website updates, landing page creation, and content publishing using AI-assisted tools and modern digital platforms.
- Leveraging AI technologies to improve marketing productivity, campaign effectiveness, and content creation.
- Managing outbound marketing and sales engagement initiatives to support pipeline generation.
- Planning and delivering industry exhibitions, conferences, and events from concept through to execution.
- Analysing campaign performance and customer engagement data to continuously improve results.
- Working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing activity and maintain brand consistency.

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll be a hands-on marketing professional who combines strong execution skills with commercial awareness and a willingness to embrace new technologies.
- Proven experience in a broad marketing role covering digital campaigns, content, email marketing, and lead generation.
- Experience delivering successful marketing campaigns from planning through to execution and analysis.
- Strong understanding of marketing platforms, analytics tools, and performance reporting.
- Experience managing exhibitions, trade shows, or corporate events.
- Confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar to enhance marketing output and efficiency.
- The ability to quickly learn new digital tools and technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organisational abilities.
- Experience working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote and international teams.
- Availability to travel within the UK for events and industry exhibitions.
