Marketing Manager

What turns an innovative skincare product into one consumers understand, want, and keep coming back to? As Marketing Manager, you'll help bring ZIIP Skincare to market and build it into a standout name in premium skincare — shaping how we position our products, how we talk about them, and how we bring them to life across every touchpoint.

The products are ready — your job is to make consumers want them. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Director and teams across creative, ecommerce, CRM, social, partnerships, PR and retail, this is a chance to have a real impact on how an emerging skincare brand shows up and grows.

What you'll be doing

  • Build deep expertise in ZIIP Skincare's products and science, and act as the go-to product expert for internal teams, partners and creators.
  • Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that turn ingredients, clinical evidence and benefits into reasons to buy.
  • Lead product marketing for launches, defining key messages, competitive positioning and go-to-market approach.
  • Develop campaign and creative briefs, working cross-functionally to deliver consistent, compelling product communication.
  • Use consumer insight, performance data and market intelligence to test and refine messaging, positioning and creative post-launch.
  • Stay ahead of skincare trends and competitor activity to keep ZIIP Skincare distinctive and relevant.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
