Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing and strategic planning across its TV portfolio, spanning Home Video and Digital formats. The role will focus on maximising the commercial contribution of TV libraries, with a particular focus on Australia & New Zealand.
6 Month Contract | London
Hybrid | £152 per day
Immediate Start
The successful candidate will work closely with licensee and agent partners, as well as teams across the US, UK and wider regions, to develop release strategies, deliver effective marketing campaigns and identify opportunities to drive sales and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead marketing strategy across TV, Kids and Made-for-Video (MFV) content.
- Develop product release strategies, lifecycle plans and promotional calendars across physical and digital formats.
- Work with internal teams and ANZ licensee/agent partners on pricing, promotions, media and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional assets with Home Office teams and agencies.
- Oversee marketing campaigns across ANZ, monitoring budgets, spend and campaign effectiveness.
- Advise partners on digital merchandising, UI and store optimisation, alongside consumer-facing marketing activity.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, regional and Home Office teams to ensure products are successfully localised, released and delivered on time.
- Support wider franchise and cross-divisional marketing strategies.
- Develop presentations, pitch documents and performance reports, using sales data and market insight to make recommendations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting for the TV/MFV/Kids category and oversee marketing spend across ANZ.
- Contribute to wider marketing initiatives, special projects and reporting as required.

About You
- 3-5 years' experience in product marketing/management within Home Entertainment, covering physical and digital formats.
- Experience in New Release product management highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a multinational/international business preferred.
- Strong knowledge and genuine interest in the film and TV industry.
- Strong marketing, analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong numerical and analytical capability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI tools.
- Fluent English, written and spoken; additional languages advantageous.
- Proactive, collaborative and commercially minded approach.
