About the Role

Holiday at Home is entering an ambitious growth phase, and this Marketing Manager role is integral to that growth.

We're a family-run specialist in five-star self-catering escapes across North Yorkshire's most beautiful corners - luxury cottages, farmhouses, and lodges. This newly created role reports directly to our Directors and gives you real scope to shape our marketing future, bringing fresh thinking, a curiosity for technology, and smarter ways of working to how our properties are seen, felt, and booked.

What you'll be leading:

  • Setting priorities, tracking KPIs, and owning the budget for our marketing team
  • Setting the strategic direction for website performance, SEO, and content optimization
  • Building and running campaigns for new property launches as our portfolio expands
  • Championing brand awareness through PR, strategic partnerships, and events
  • Overseeing digital, offline, and print advertising
  • Briefing standout photography and video for current and new properties
  • Partnering closely with our Head of Sales to align marketing with commercial goals

Work Pattern: full-time, mainly on-site with some WFH
