Marketing Manager

Location: Central London, 3 days a week

Salary: £80,000 - £88,000 + Bonus + Benefits


The company is an established consumer goods business with a strong presence in the UK market. The organisation operates in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment with a strong emphasis on brand building and growth.


This is a broad marketing leadership role with responsibility for a number of key brands within the business. You’ll play a leading role in shaping brand direction, delivering marketing activity and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver brand plans aligned to wider business objectives.
  • Use consumer, customer and market insight to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead a range of marketing projects from initial development through to delivery.
  • Support the development and launch of new products, propositions and brand initiatives.
  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing activity across relevant channels.
  • Work closely with commercial and cross-functional teams to ensure plans are effectively executed.
  • Manage relationships with selected external partners and agencies.
  • Review brand and category performance, using data to inform future activity.
  • Apply strong commercial judgement to marketing investment and prioritisation.
  • Support, coach and develop colleagues within the wider marketing team.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced marketer with a strong background in brand management within a consumer-led environment.

You will ideally have:

  • Strong experience developing and delivering brand and marketing plans.
  • A good understanding of consumer, category and market dynamics.
  • Experience bringing new products, propositions or marketing initiatives to market.
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with performance data.
  • Experience working across multiple functions and managing complex projects.
  • Confidence managing external agencies or specialist partners.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
  • Experience supporting or developing more junior team members.
  • A proactive, collaborative and results-focused approach.
