  • Develop and execute comprehensive global and US launch plans for new products, including product positioning, marketing messaging, sales collateral, and physician education programs
  • Champion product commercialization activities across multiple internal groups and external stakeholders
  • Define and oversee user-validation activities, claims development, surgical technique generation, and product labeling to ensure alignment with customer needs and regulatory requirements

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in arthroscopy and orthopedic surgery
  • Acquire and analyze feedback from key opinion leaders, current and potential customers, third-party market research, and internal stakeholders to inform product strategy
  • Train marketing and sales teams on product positioning, features, benefits, and competitive differentiation
  • Create and implement market development strategies to target key customers and drive adoption of Pristine Surgical products
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, specifically the arthroscopy and orthopedic surgery segments, including physician motivators, purchasing decision criteria, and competitive landscape

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
