The Marketing Materials Specialist will accurately and efficiently coordinate and manage all aspects of marketing and medical educational equipment for events and tradeshows.
Responsibilities
- Have a good product knowledge
- Coordinate and manage email inbox, reply to demo requests, provide availability, add to the meeting calendar, and print out exchange requests.
- Coordinate and manage material movement for demos and exhibitions. Keep up to date with NPI products.
- Communicate with requestors regarding the availability, quality, and required return date.
- Organization of the Marketing Materials area.
- Assist in managing new consignments.
- Assist with set building.
