Marketing/Content Merchandising Manager
6-Month Contract | Inside IR35 | £DOE
1-3 days per week in office
North West London - Paramount
I’m recruiting for a Marketing/Content Merchandising Manager to support an international streaming/content team with Paramount in London.
The key requirements:
- Fluency in Italian is ideal
- Strong coordination and operational experience is essential
- Experience coordinating multiple workflows, deadlines and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage content/data accurately
- Experience within marketing, media, broadcasting, streaming or agency environments
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating content merchandising and lifecycle marketing activity across international markets
- Managing calendars, schedules, metadata updates and content databases
- Supporting content delivery and discovery across digital platforms
- Maintaining operational data and assets using tools such as Airtable, Jira and SharePoint
- Coordinating with local and global teams across EMEA
- Supporting campaign planning and wider marketing initiatives
- Creating presentations and supporting materials using Google Workspace
- Managing multiple workflows and ensuring everything is delivered accurately and on time

Ideal background:
- Fluent Italian speaker with strong written and verbal communication
- Previous experience in a coordination, marketing operations, content or project support role
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Experience with Airtable, Jira, SharePoint or similar tools
- Streaming, TV, media or content merchandising experience is beneficial

French is also useful, and German would be a bonus, but the main priority is strong Italian language skills combined with excellent coordination/operational experience.
Location: North West London – Hybrid, 1-3 days per week in office
Contract: 6 months
Status: Inside IR35
Rate: Competitive
Hours: Full-time, UK/EMEA hours
