Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Officer role based in London. The Marketing Officer will plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to promote Raindance film school’s courses, events, and initiatives. Daily activities include conducting market research, coordinating social media content and scheduling, managing email campaigns, and supporting promotional activities across digital and offline channels. The role involves collaborating with academic and administrative teams, maintaining consistent brand messaging, and tracking performance metrics to improve outreach and enrollment. The Marketing Officer will also assist with event promotion, partner outreach, and content creation tailored to prospective students and industry audiences.

- Skills in Marketing and Sales: To support enrollment growth and promotional activities.
- Skills in Market Research: To understand target audiences and identify opportunities.
- Skills in Social Media Marketing: To manage and grow engagement across key platforms.
- Strong Communication skills: To create clear messaging and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM or email marketing systems: Is beneficial.
- Relevant experience in education, film, media, or creative industries: Is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field: Is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in London, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment.
