The Royal Hospital (RHS) is seeking a Marketing Officer to join the Marketing and Admissions team.

RHS is a leading independent co-educational boarding and day school for 11–18-year-olds, set in 200 acres of stunning Suffolk countryside overlooking the River Stour.

Founded in 1712, RHS has a proud heritage and a strong reputation for providing an outstanding, broad and balanced education. Today, the School combines academic ambition with an extensive programme of co-curricular opportunities, supporting young people to discover their strengths, develop confidence and prepare for their futures.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the friendly and dynamic RHS Marketing and Admissions team and play an important role in supporting pupil recruitment, commercial engagement and the continued development of the school’s brand and reputation.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will help to plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across domestic and international markets.
  • This is a varied, hands-on role with responsibility for the school’s website, email marketing and automation, marketing literature and collateral, alongside supporting press activity and award submissions.

Requirements:

  • We are looking for a creative and digitally confident marketer with excellent written communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Comfortable using data and insight to evaluate performance, you will be proactive, collaborative and committed to continually improving the effectiveness of our marketing activity.

Working closely with colleagues across Marketing and Admissions and the wider School, this is an opportunity to contribute to a busy and ambitious marketing function within one of East Anglia's leading independent schools.
