Marketing Officer (Undergraduate & Postgraduate Campaigns)

We are looking for a creative, data-driven and forward-thinking Marketing Officer to join our Future Students Campaigns Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering impactful marketing campaigns that inspire prospective students and support both our Home undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment objectives.
Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will develop integrated campaigns across multiple channels, creating compelling content and optimising performance to maximise conversion throughout the student recruitment journey.
About The Role
As Marketing Officer, you will support the delivery of the Future Students marketing strategy through a mix of strategic campaign planning and tactical marketing activity. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with Recruitment, Digital and Creative Services teams to develop innovative marketing campaigns that drive student recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and delivering impactful strategic campaigns and tactical marketing activity that support undergraduate and postgraduate student recruitment priorities.
- Planning, executing and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid media, social media, digital display, print and third party platforms.
- Creating compelling, authentic and engaging rich media content that supports prospective students throughout their decision-making journey.
- Monitoring campaign performance, interpreting marketing data and identifying trends to inform optimisation, drive conversion and campaign impact.
- Collaborating with colleagues across External Relations and Faculties to ensure a joined-up and cohesive approach to future student marketing.
- Ensuring all marketing activity reflects brand guidelines and delivers a consistent audience experience.

About You
We're looking for an enthusiastic marketing professional who combines creativity with strong analytical and organisational skills.
You Will Have
- Experience working in marketing, campaign management, project management or content production.
- Strong digital marketing skills with experience planning, delivering and optimising campaigns across a range of digital channels.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
