The Vacancy

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Marketing Officer to join our Shared Ownership Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in bringing new housing developments to market, helping customers discover an accessible route to home ownership while showcasing high-quality new build homes across our developments.

A significant part of this role involves coordinating and collating the wide range of information required to successfully launch a new development. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll gather and manage technical documentation, ensuring all marketing materials are prepared accurately and on time. This includes floor and site plans, valuations, and many other important elements. We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a structured and organised way, is comfortable managing multiple deadlines, and takes pride in ensuring every detail is in place ahead of launch.

Alongside the coordination and administrative aspects of the role, you'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the creative side of marketing. As a brand ambassador for Aster, you'll help bring our homes and communities to life through engaging content, digital marketing activity, events, and customer-focused campaigns that support our shared ownership offering.

This is a flexible role and can be based from home or one of our hub offices. You'll need a flexible approach to travel, as regular site visits will be required, including development site visits, area visits, viewings, and completions.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business use are essential. Our operating region includes Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Sussex, Berkshire, London, and Surrey.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a key role in delivering our marketing strategy by:

  • Gather and manage technical documentation, ensuring all marketing materials are prepared accurately and on time.
  • Manage multiple deadlines to ensure every detail is in place ahead of launch. There may be instances when you are planning several launches in one go, so organisation and structure are required.
  • Managing property listings across our CRM and advertising platforms, ensuring information is accurate and engaging.
  • Working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver smooth and successful marketing activity.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analysing leads, and adapting activity to maximise results.
  • Writing compelling copy for websites, blogs, brochures, email campaigns, and property marketing materials.
  • Ensuring our homes are positioned competitively through pricing reviews, valuations, and market analysis.
  • Researching local markets, competitor activity, and customer behaviours to shape effective campaigns.
  • Creating innovative marketing campaigns that connect with target audiences and generate leads.
  • Supporting the Digital Marketing Officer, when required, to develop engaging social media content, including video and on-site content creation.
  • Supporting customers through social media, live chat, email, and telephone enquiries, delivering excellent service at every stage.
  • Attending sales events, open days, and community activities to promote Aster Group and shared ownership.
  • Working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver smooth and successful marketing activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
