Job Title: Marketing, Operations & Administration Assistant

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time

Location: Hybrid - London 3 days per week, Home 2 days per week

Clear Path Analysis creates innovative media platforms that enable market participants in the insurance capital and asset management and investment operations sectors to share unfiltered insights and perspectives.

The company hosts live and virtual events - including the world's largest non-association conference for insurance capital and asset management professionals - along with webinars, featuring influential thought leaders to foster interaction, dialogue, and premium networking opportunities.

Our platforms include:

  • The industry leading Insurance Investor 'Live' series of events
  • Most followed trade news title in the insurance capital and asset management industry - www.Insurance-Investor.com, plus;
  • Bespoke events, reports, and market studies combining first-hand insights from industry experts and independent journalist led analysis

Role Description

This is a permanent, full-time position combining general support for marketing, operations, and administration tasks with ad-hoc to potentially ongoing PA support to the company CEO.

Around 22.5-hours per week will be dedicated to supporting the marketing, events, and operations function with 10 – 15-hours providing PA support directly to our CEO.

You must be highly organised with excellent communication skills, sound judgement, and experience working within a corporate environment.

Marketing, Operations & Administration

  • Assisting with event operations: delegate lists, logistics coordination, speaker and sponsor liaison, supplier relationships, and day-to-day administrative support
  • Data entry and maintenance of client, contact, and campaign records
  • Supporting the production and distribution of marketing materials and communications
  • General administrative support to the Marketing & Operations function, including scheduling, document preparation, and proof-reading
  • Website updates across event websites to ensure agenda, speaker and sponsor information is continually updated as needed
  • Support with smooth-running and ongoing maintenance of project management system – ClickUp
  • Ad hoc research and project support as priorities arise
  • On-site event support at UK-based events as required with potential for overseas travel

PA Support to the CEO (approx. 10-15 hours/week)

  • Preparing briefing materials, correspondence, and documents ahead of meetings
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Acting as a point of contact on the CEO's behalf where appropriate, managing sensitive information with discretion
  • Assisting with personal administrative requests on occasion
  • Diary and inbox management, scheduling, and prioritisation of the CEO's time

About You

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across two distinct areas of work
  • Discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential or sensitive information
  • Confident with standard office and marketing tools (e.g. Microsoft Office/365; experience with WordPress, LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms such as ActiveCampaign is a bonus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and attention to detail
  • A proactive, can-do attitude - happy to support across a variety of tasks and departments where needed
  • Previous experience in a marketing, events, or administrative support role (B2B, media, or events sector experience is an advantage but not essential)
  • Proven experience in a PA, executive support, marketing, or administrative role, ideally with some exposure to more than one of these areas

Hybrid role: 3-days in the London Kings Cross office on Tues, Weds and Thurs, and 2-days working from home on Mon & Fri.
