I'm working with a specialist B2B media business looking for a highly organised and proactive Assistant to support across marketing, events, and operations during a busy period.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be supporting everything from event logistics and delegate coordination through to marketing communications and general administration.

What you'll be doing:
- Supporting event operations (delegates, speakers, sponsors, logistics)
- Maintaining and updating data, records, and systems
- Assisting with marketing materials and communications
- Managing inboxes, scheduling, and general admin support
- Updating event websites and content
- Providing ad hoc research and project support
What they're looking for:
- Previous experience in marketing, events, or admin support
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator (written and verbal)
- Proactive, flexible, and happy to get stuck in
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
