Marketing Operations and MarTec Lead

At CHEC, we're now looking for a commercially-minded and technically capable Marketing Operations and MarTec Lead to build and optimise the systems, processes and technology that power our marketing function.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our marketing infrastructure, leading the development of HubSpot, CRM strategy, automation, reporting, marketing services and emerging AI capabilities across our growing healthcare brands.

If you're passionate about creating scalable marketing operations, enabling teams through automation, and turning data into actionable insight, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and continually improving the operational framework that enables Marketing to deliver measurable commercial results.

You'll act as the organisation's HubSpot and CRM expert, overseeing platform development, customer journeys, reporting, data quality and marketing automation, whilst identifying opportunities to leverage AI and technology to drive efficiency and enhance team capability.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and would suit someone who enjoys building processes, solving complexity and making marketing teams more effective.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
