Location: UK-based hours (hybrid – London or Solihull) with flexibility for early or late calls as needed with other markets (AU/NZ)
Reporting to: Group Head of Marketing
Markets: UK (with collaboration across Australia and New Zealand)

Role purpose

We are looking for a hands-on, highly proactive Interim Marketing Operations & Campaigns Lead to accelerate marketing delivery across the UK. Working closely with the Group Head of Marketing and Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of campaigns, content, website updates and marketing operations, driving activity from brief through to execution.

This role is ideal for a self-sufficient B2B marketer who thrives on getting things done, can confidently engage subject matter experts and stakeholders, and keeps momentum across multiple projects with minimal supervision. Success in this role will come from being commercially minded, proactive and delivery-focused, with the ability to gather information, challenge where needed, and independently drive activity through to completion.

Ways of working

The successful candidate will:

  • Be comfortable taking a high-level brief and independently turning it into action
  • Build relationships quickly with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Proactively seek information, approvals and input without requiring constant direction
  • Balance multiple projects and priorities while maintaining momentum
  • Be naturally organised, delivery-focused and accountable for outcomes
  • Demonstrate confidence and credibility when working across sales, solutions and leadership teams
  • Spot blockers early and drive solutions forward, keeping the Group Head of Marketing informed of progress, risks and dependencies.

Key responsibilities

Project management & delivery

  • Own delivery of marketing activities from brief through to launch
  • Drive progress across campaigns, content and website projects, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Proactively engage internal subject matter experts to gather information, secure validation and obtain approvals
  • Act as the day-to-day liaison between marketing, sales, solutions teams and agency partners
  • Manage priorities across multiple concurrent projects and maintain momentum on key initiatives
  • Brief designers and agencies, ensuring outputs are delivered on time and to brief
  • Identify blockers and independently drive resolution

Digital marketing & campaigns (primary focus)

  • Own the setup, activation and management of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Work hands-on within HubSpot to build campaigns, workflows, emails, landing pages, forms, lists, reporting and asset management
  • Manage campaign tracking, attribution and reporting to ensure performance can be measured effectively
  • Operate confidently within LinkedIn Campaign Manager to build campaigns, manage audiences, optimise performance and extract insights
  • Coordinate with paid media agencies, ensuring activity is delivered on time and aligned to marketing objectives
  • Understand the digital channels and tactics required to support a B2B consultancy and solutions-led organisation
  • Apply SEO best practices and ensure content is structured effectively for search visibility
  • Maintain campaign data quality and reporting accuracy within HubSpot

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
